We then create a recurring "facility maintenance schedule", where upon each visit we follow our self-created rigorous check list to verify your facility is completely compliant based on any and all enforced regulations, and take the appropriate actions to meet these standards. Available Services:

• CERS - Documenting and tracking all hazardous material and waste, as well as  safety training for facility staff.
• Fire/Life Safety - Verify all safety equipment is up to date and fully stocked. Staff training on emergency response, and Co2 operational integration.
• Pest Management - Document, register, and record all utilized pesticides and train staff in pesticide safety. Implement Farm Handlers training and compliance.
• Facility Maintenance Scheduling - Regular maintenance on facility equipment (HVAC, dehumidifiers, filters, UV lights, pumps, security system, electrical panels, etc.)
• Inspections - Handle all City, State, Fire, Pesticide, and hazardous inspections.
• Licensing - Submit and acquire any new or existing licenses. City , State, Waterboard, OIN, Hazard waste, Weighmasters, CEQA ect.
• Metrc - Analysis, auditing and staff training on Metrc to ensure product tracking and organization. 
• SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) Integration - Upon completing our analysis, our experienced team will help integrate your SOP into daily operations and provide consultation on how to run your business to help guarantee your facilities success.
• Facility Services - Verify facility is fully stocked with necessary products and supplies as well as maintain regular trash disposal and facility cleanliness.
• Human Resources - Facility employment assessment. Employee recruitment/termination, training, payroll and benefits.
